The results will solely depend on how the provider takes the suggestions provided and implements them into their work or practice. SP is dedicated to the providers success but we reserve the right to end services for any reason at any time.

The views or opinions expressed by workshop instructors or mentors, are not necessarily those of Successful Practitioner (SP). SP markets online & onsite educational workshops, which are taught by independent experienced professionals who consult their services to SP. Educational workshops are available to licensed practitioners seeking information relative to biofeedback and natural health related subjects and use. Our workshops & webinars offer "general" industry standard educational information helpful to all practitioners regardless of the equipment they choose to use. Customers who utilize equipment from Mind Media, Deymed, BrainMaster Technologies Inc., or Thought Technologies will benefit from the didactic knowledge, which will provide advanced information within the field of biofeedback. The information covered may or may not directly be relative to your present equipment use. Please note that we utilize different types of industry standard equipment in our courses. Thought Technology, Mitsar, MindMedia, Brainmaster, Mind Alive, HeartMath, and more!

  • We reserve the right to cancel any SP event without advanced notice. Although cancellation is extremely unlikely, workshops will be rescheduled as necessary due to instructor illness, flight cancellations, or for any reason beyond our control. Please be responsible and protect your travel by utilizing trip insurance. Especially during the COVID pandemic.

  • SP will not be held responsible for restricted or non-refundable air fares, lodging or other trip associated fees. 

  • All services have a 12 month window of use from the date of purchase. SP retains the right to choose mentors and instructor availability.

  • Neurofeedback, also known as EEG biofeedback or brain wave training, is approved for various levels of relaxation training represented by brain wave activity. All biofeedback systems are sold "to or on the order of a licensed practitioner" and is expected to be one of many tools within the practitioner's tool box. It remains the responsibility of the practitioner to determine if and when neurofeedback training or assessment meets the need of clients or patients. Instructors and practitioners are responsible to remain within the scope of practitioner's license and practice.

 

 

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for any SP online or onsite workshops, consultation, mentoring, or other products.

  • Hands on Practice Didactic Course Training Cancellations:

    If for any reason you are unable to attend our 2 day hands on training on the original date you selected. You can make a change up to 30 days (1 month) before without a service fee of $395 per course.

    Example

    If the customer cancels/switches to another course before 30 days of the hands on training, their will be no fee for the date change. We will put you in the hands on course date that works better for you. If we are not notified in writing with your date change prior to 30 days of the course signed up for you will be charge a $395 course transfer fee.

  • Consulting hours are valid for one full calendar year. Any unused hours expire and will not be refunded. It is the practitioners’ responsibility to manage their hours and ensure they are used.


Privacy Policy

We don’t share or sell your information. We do not store or keep your information stored within our website. All data is encrypted. You can unsubscribe for our contact lists at any time. You may also request in an email to info@successful-practitioner.com that you wished to be removed from our contact list. This request will be completed within 30 business days of the request.

We are a licensed and registered business in the State of Nevada. We follow all privacy policies in accordance with the Nevada state laws. NRS § 603A.300  This requires an operator to establish a designated request address through which a consumer may submit a verified request directing the operator not to make any sale of covered information collected about the consumer. The term “sale” is defined to mean the exchange of covered information for monetary consideration by the operator to a person for the person to license or sell the covered information to additional persons. The law also prohibits an operator who has received such a request from making any sale of any covered information collected about the consumer. The Attorney General may seek an injunction or a civil penalty for violations. 

For our California customers we follow the guidelines of the Cal. Civ. Code §§ 1798.100 et seq., The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA)

This allows consumers the right to request a business to disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information that the business has collected about the consumers as well as the source of that information and business purpose for collecting the information. Provides that consumers may request that a business delete personal information that the business collected from the consumers. Provides that consumers have the right to opt out of a business’s sale of their personal information, and a business may not discriminate against consumers who opt out.
